A groundbreaking project of national importance, Adhari National Park is a family theme park developed by Tameer in a joint venture with Kuwait Commercial Markets Complex Company. Awarded by the Government of Bahrain on a Build-Operate-Transfer (BOT) basis, the project covers an area of over 165,000 square metres, acquired from the Government on a 32-year long-term lease, and costs in excess of US$ 40 million. The park is expected to attract some 800,000 visitors and features a huge garden, lakes, games, action rides, museum, food court and a games arcade.

Tameer was recently presented with 'Best Redevelopment Project' award from the CNBC Arabian Property Awards 2006 for the Adhari National Parl project.

Adhari Park was opened in to the general public in April 2008.
