Samir Yaqoob Al Nafisi
Mr. Al-Nafisi has extensive management experience in a number of different sectors, including trading, manufacturing and financial services. He is currently General Manager of Yaqoob Al-Nafisi & Sons Company, and former General Manager of Al-Nafisi Trading Company, both based in Kuwait. Prior to this, he held managerial positions at Kuwait Commercial Bank and Kuwait Insulating Materials Manufacturing Company. Mr. Al-Nafisi has equally extensive experience of serving on the Boards of numerous financial institutions and companies in the GCC. He is currently Chairman of International Turnkey Systems (Kuwait), Vice Chairman of Kuwait Finance House, and a Board member of Gulf Investment House (Kuwait), and Gulf Finance House and Khaleeji Commercial Bank in the Kingdom of Bahrain.
Mr. Mohammed Alnughaimish
Mr. Mohammed Alnughaimish, holds a Master Degree in Business Administration (MBA) from Maastricht School of Business. Mr. Alnughaimish, who joined GIH in early 2002, is a Senior Manager, running the International Fund Department (IFD) and handling the Private Equity projects in DID. Mr. Alnughaimish has held a number of positions such as a member of the board of directors in the Excellence Education Co. (Kuwait), as well as in Stronghaven, Inc. (USA) and Halcor (USA).
He is currently a board member in Arkan AlKuwait Real Estate Co. (Kuwait) and in Gulf Real Estate (Saudi Arabia), as well as in Inovest (Bahrain), Tameer (Bahrain), and Durrat Marina (Bahrain), and Transocean Capital, Inc. (USA).
Mohamed Abdulla Isa
Chief Financial Officer
Since joining Inovest, Mohamed Abdulla Isa has played an instrumental role in achieving several corporate milestones such as handling the company's Initial Public Offering, the cross – listing on different Stock Exchanges, the rights issue, the corporate re-branding and the corporate restructuring program.
Prior to that, he worked for the multinational giant – Unilever – in its offices in United Arab Emirates and Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. His last post with the company was Regional Finance Manager for North Africa, Middle East and Turkey.
Mohamed is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) from Colorado State Board of Accountancy in USA. He also holds a BSc in Accounting from University of Bahrain and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from University of Hull in UK. Further, the Chartered Management Institute (CMI-UK) granted him the Chartered Manager status. He is also a Fellow Member of the Institute of Leadership & Management (ILM-UK).
Murad Al Ramadan
Chief Investment Officer
Murad is an Investment professional with more than 12 years industry experience in Financial Services, Investment Banking, and Real Estate Investment and Development.
Murad joined the group in 2009 as the Deputy CEO and Head of Investment of Inovest’s real estate investment arm Al Khaleej Development Co. (Tameer), responsible for originating and structuring investment opportunities as well as managing the existing investment portfolio of the group. Prior to joining Inovest, he worked for Gulf Finance House (GFH) as an Investment Director where he structured and managed real estate investment transactions in excess of US$1 billion. Murad started his career in Accounting and Auditing holding various positions and worked for the international Audit & Advisory firm KPMG in Bahrain and Qatar.
Murad serves as a board member in various companies including Takhzeen Self Storage Co., Bahrain Investment Wharf Co., Tala Island Development Co., Durrat Marina Development Co., CIRCO Total Facilities Management Co., and First Gulf Real Estate Co. in Saudi Arabia.
Murad holds a B.Sc in Accounting from the University of Bahrain, and an MBA (honors) from New York Institute of Technology (NYiT)-USA.
Mohammed Abdul Khaliq
Executive Director – Business Development & Administration
Prior to joining the group in 2004, Mr. Abdul Khaliq held a number of management positions with Bahrain Kuwait Insurance Company in the Kingdom of Bahrain. He also served as Chairman of the Market Committee for Property and Casualty Insurance in Bahrain. His current Board memberships include Chairman of Coldwell Banker Bahrain, and Vice Chairman of Adhari Park Development Company.
Mr. Abdul Khaliq is an Associate of the Chartered Insurance Institute (ACII), UK. He also holds a B.Sc. degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Bahrain, and a member of Bahrain Society of Engineers.
